How do I get started?Contact us via phone @ 949-276-1893 or email to set up your FREE introductory session. After this session we will determine if you will start with our On Ramp Program or personal training sessions in order to get up to speed on how to perform our basic movements and skills.
What is the On Ramp Program?
This program consists of 6 sessions. It has been designed to ensure each new athlete receives the instruction necessary to perform to their full potential. Our focus is on a life time of healthy living and performance. In order to achieve this goal we must deliver quality coaching in a controlled environment. Each On Ramp group will be limited to 6 athletes who are all relatively at the same skill level. Successful completion of this program will give each athlete a working knowledge of our fundamental skills and the confidence to seamlessly move into our regular group sessions.
What will I learn during the On Ramp Program?
Why do I need the On Ramp Program or Personal training?
Our regular group sessions are designed to get the most out of each individual and we are limited in the amount of time we have. In order to ensure quality coaching, safety and results for all of our existing athletes we must have all athletes enter our groups with a basic knowledge of our fundamental skills and movements. The reverse is also true. As a new athlete you must receive the proper instruction and attention in order to avoid injury and achieve your desired results.

Olympic Lifting
