Pricing is based on commitment. We have dedicated our lives to helping individuals reach their fitness goals. A great deal of energy and knowledge is required to ensure we provide a professional, safe and energetic environment for our athletes to perform. We can not do this without the same commitment back from our athletes.
Traveler Drop-Ins: We do allow travelers who are experienced weightlifters and/ or CrossFitters to train with us. Please call or email us to arrange training.

CrossFit Group Training Sessions (Olympic Lifting/ Strength program included)
On Ramp Program: $149 (includes first month and the 6 on ramp sessions)
3 months/ 3 days per week: $169 per month
3 months/ unlimited: $189 per month
6 month/ 3 days per week: $149 per month
6 month/ unlimited: $179 per month

Single session rate: $75
6 sessions: $400
12 sessions: $720

All pricing based on a single session rate
Book 6 sessions = receive 10% off
Book 12 sessions = receive 15% off
2 athletes: $60/ athlete/ session
3 athletes: $50/ athlete/ session
4 athletes: $45/ athlete/ session
5 athletes: $40/ athlete/ session
