Announcements:
1.  Please use Mind Body to sign in for classes.  If you do not have a log in please ask L or Z for it.  With the growth of our box it helps us plan out the classes better.  We thank you all for understanding.

2.  Get dunked is Wednesday March 10th there are only 5 spots left please sign up if you are interested.

3.  New schedule change starting next week.  There will no longer be a 4:00, 5:30 or 6:30pm class on Tuesday's and Thursday's.  Our new classes will be 5pm All Levels  6pm Master's  7pm Advanced.

4.  Is anyone interested in a 9am class Monday, Wednesday and Friday?
