About NLP
Next Level Performance is a dedicated CrossFit and athletic development training facility. We believe it is not where you train but more importantly it is how hard you train. Our equipment consists of kettlebells, bumper weights, dumbbells, concept 2 rowers, a GHD, lifting platforms, jump ropes, medicine balls, slam balls, paralletes, rings, plyo boxes, pull up bars, sandbags, tires and sledgehammers.
Our WOD's (Workout of the Day) are led by one of our coaches. Each class starts with a group warm-up then a skill set progression which is then followed by the WOD. These workouts are performed at a high intensity based on individual ability. The basis of our program revolves around our ability to scale down any workout depending on the athletes level of fitness. Once the workout begins all athletes power through the WOD for their best possible time of completion or weight moved. This produces an energy level and motivation factor that is unparalleled in any other fitness program. We call it the "Sport of Fitness". Our coaches keep track of each athlete's time and weight used, then this information is posted on our website daily. Once a workout is performed you will use that time or weight as your base which you will try to improve upon each time that workout is performed. During every WOD there are pictures and videos taken which are posted on our website to highlight the athletes during our workouts. .
CrossFit is unique and produces top performing universally adaptable athletes. All workouts are done in small groups. You will learn Olympic lifts, power lifting, calisthenics, gymnastic moves, running technique and rowing.
